“ Man this place right here is a sleeper fr and definitely one of the best food trucks I’ve been to. I had got the catfish platter I want to say that come with catfish, shrimp, crawfish tails, fries and toast. And then a large side of Bayou fries. Food was on point from the look and the taste. Definitely will be back to try some other items on the menu but it’s a 10/10 for me! ”

“ The food is so yummy!!!! I got a 6 pice buffalo wings fried hard with fries, fried shrimp, and a pardi punch!!!! My destination was 25 min away and by the time I made it I had already ate all my food! Everything was seasoned even the fries and the ladies at the window were both nice! ”

“ I patronize Pardis about once per month and have not had a bad experience. The food is soooo good. Everything from Cajun seafood pasta with shrimp and crawfish tails to their fried fish and shrimp to their seafood poboys. I am very picky about my food and being from Louisiana that Cajun spice is on point. Not too spicy. They even have a way to keep your fries hot and crisp. Food is well organized and presented in the container. ”

“ The fish is a nice size, flavorful and it’s real catfish (not Swai) ! Highly recommend .....The shrimps are BOMB! They’re big, flavorful and the batter is perfect . Honestly, some of the best fish and shrimp I’ve had and I’m a foodie. The bacon ranch fries were pretty good (2 up charge). I paid 20 for 1 fish, 8 jumbo shrimp w loaded fries and toast, it was worth it. Can’t wait to try other menu items! ”
